ADRINCLUSIVE: Catalogue of Innovative Products and Services for Inclusive Tourism

The new catalogue of innovative solutions for inclusive tourism, developed within the framework of the European project Adrinclusive, Inclusive Adriatic Health and Wellbeing Tourism, co-financed by the Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme, is now available.

The catalogue“Innovative Products and Services for Inclusive Tourism”, features a detailed selection of proposals submitted by Italian and Croatian startups, companies, and organizations in response to the project’s Call for Innovative Solutions. These initiatives range from assistive technologies to digital services, as well as innovative models and creative approaches to inclusion, all aimed at making tourism more accessible, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments.

The catalogue was officially presented at RiminiWellness 2025, during a workshop dedicated to innovation for wellbeing and inclusion in tourism and healthcare.

The inclusive tourism ecosystem

The catalogue represents one of the key outputs of the Adrinclusive project, which brings together partners from Italy and Croatia with the shared aim of fostering a more inclusive and welcoming tourism ecosystem.

Adrinclusive pursues a dual objective: on one hand, to promote accessible and replicable tourism services; on the other, to build a transnational network of public and private stakeholders committed to sharing practices and models for more welcoming, innovative, and socially aware tourism.

Objectives of the catalogue

The catalogue showcases the most promising proposals that emerged from the Call for Solutions. These solutions include assistive technologies designed to support individuals with cognitive frailty, inclusive tourism services tailored for families and caregivers, and the use of digital tools, artificial intelligence, art, and culture to create more accessible, engaging, and personalized tourism experiences.

The primary aim is to give visibility to practical, scalable, and transferable solutions that can be implemented in other regions. The catalogue is intended for public institutions, tourism operators, healthcare providers, startups, research centers, and associations seeking to contribute to a more inclusive transformation of the tourism sector. Furthermore, it serves as a key step toward the development of an integrated tourism model that combines technological innovation, social responsibility, and quality of life.
