Sustainable Healthcare: Sweden as a guest in the Emilia-Romagna Region for new fronts of collaboration
Accelerating sustainability in Italian healthcare and promoting the internationalization processes of Scandinavian companies towards Italy and Italian companies in Sweden and, more generally, towards the Nordic countries.
This is the aim of the mission that will see the Swedish delegation as a guest of the Emilia-Romagna Region on 28 and 29 June. It will be an event on the theme of Sustainable Health, on the occasion of the visit of a delegation of Swedish companies and partners of the Nordic Center for Sustainable Healthcare and the Swedish Energy Agency to open the two days, where Swedish companies producing green solutions in the field of energy saving and waste management will be present, mainly aimed at the Healthcare sector and interested in interfacing with Italian companies of the sector for internationalization processes and to learn more about the Italian Health System and the Emilia-Romagna Region.
The Swedish companies that will participate are:
- Green Furniture Concept: Sustainable furnishings for hospitals
- Medclair: Climate-smart solutions for measurement, collection and destruction of nitrous oxide for the hospital and dental sector
- Paxxo: Innovative solutions for waste management and packaging
- Avidicare: Ventilation systems for hospitals
- Tarkett: Sustainable flooring designed for the care of patients and staff within healthcare facilities.
- Belok: Climate-smart solutions for the energy efficiency of buildings, including hospitals
- Notisum: Legal Compliance Software
- Nordic Energy Audit: Energy Efficiency Solution
In particular, on 28 June, from 9.30 to 18.00, the plenary conference will be held at the Golinelli Foundation, with interventions by various actors, both from the Swedish context and from our territory, operating in the healthcare and sustainability field. Newster System and GVS, members of Clust-ER Health, will participate in the session dedicated to Italian companies, bringing examples of activities in the field of sustainability, respectively, on the management of hospital waste and in production in the MedTech field. Politecnica, a member of Clust-ER Build, will instead take care of an intervention on the construction and design of buildings in the health and hospital sector.
On June 29, however, it will be the turn of visits to the district of Mirandola and the Sant’Orsola Polyclinic.
