Council of European Bioregions: our Cluster Manager Sauro Vicini elected member of the Board

The Council of European BioRegions (CEBR) celebrated its Annual Meeting 2023 on May 16th and 17th with a members-only event taking place in Stuttgart. The event was organized and hosted by BioRegio STERN, a member of CEBR. Clust-ER Health, which became a member in 2022, participated alongside the other 4 regional clusters.

This year, the event was also particularly important due to the election of the ne Executive Board, where all the members of the CEBR were able to vote for the candidates, including the manager of the Clust-ER Health Sauro Vicini.

The new members were elected and the new positions at the head of the board were chosen: Montse Daban, Director of Science Policy and Internationalisation at Biocat, the Catalan cluster on life sciences, is in fact named new President of the Council and Stamatiki Kritas, Business Development Manager at Hellenic Biocluster will be Vice-president.

  • Sauro Vicini (Cluster Manager, Clust-ER Health) – member
  • Margot Jehle (Project Manager, BioRegio STERN) – member
  • Alexis Biton (European Project Officer, Genopole) – member
  • Hickmah Tagaully (European Affairs Coordinator, Medicen Paris) – member
