OPPORTUNITÀ DI LAVORO: POSIZIONE JUNIOR APERTA PER SUPPORTO AL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Il contesto

Il Clust-ER Industrie Salute e del Benessere dell’Emilia Romagna è una associazione costituita da grandi imprese, PMI, laboratori della Rete Alta Tecnologia, centri di ricerca, strutture sanitarie ed enti di formazione che condividono competenze, idee e risorse per sostenere la competitività del settore delle Industrie della Salute e del Benessere della Regione Emilia-Romagna.

Il Clust-ER Health, afferente al network dei Clust-ER regionali, è stato riconosciuto dalla stessa Regione Emilia-Romagna  come un attore fondamentale dell’ecosistema dell’innovazione in grado di moltiplicare le opportunità di sviluppo territoriale attraverso l’approccio collaborativo e partecipato dei propri soci.

Il Clust-ER per i prossimi 3 anni parteciperà ad un nuovo progetto supportato dalla Commissione Europea sullo sviluppo di un database di biomateriali, capace di favorire il trasferimento tecnologico dalla ricerca verso l’impresa.

Il Clust-ER, che è un’associazione privata governata dai propri soci, è alla ricerca di una figura junior di “Assistente al Project Management”.

Funzioni previste per il ruolo

La figura che verrà identificata per ricoprire il ruolo di “Assistente junior al project management” si dovrà occupare di:

• Supportare le attività di gestione del Progetto BioMatDB+, nella relazione con i partner, con i rappresentanti dei soci coinvolti nella definizione dei requisiti e nel testing della piattaforma informatica di condivisione dati. Supportare la stesura dei deliverable di progetto e il reporting delle attività.
• Supportare le attività di gestione e rendicontazione dei progetti del Clust-ER Health (BioMatDB+, SECURE, progetti regionali).
• Supportare il coordinamento e la gestione dei gruppi di lavoro focalizzati sulle Priorità Strategiche del Piano d’Azione del Clust-ER Health, contribuendo alla stesura dei relativi verbali.
• Supportare il Cluster Manager nell’attuazione del programma operativo dell’Associazione.
• Supportare il Cluster Manager nella gestione dei rapporti con gli associati, le istituzioni e le organizzazioni sul territorio.
• Supportare il communication manager del Clust-ER nello sviluppo delle attività di comunicazione interna ed esterna all’associazione. 
• Supportare l’organizzazione e la realizzazione di eventi che il Clust-ER organizza o a cui partecipa, per favorire le attività di matching tra i propri soci e gli stakeholder regionali e per i anche in collaborazione con altri attori dell’ecosistema dell’innovazione del territorio. 

Profilo richiesto

Formazione e qualifiche

• Laurea magistrale, specialistica o equivalente, preferibilmente in discipline
  scientifiche legate all’ambito dei biomateriali, oppure in ambito scientifico
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
• Ottime competenze informatiche, flessibilità e disinvoltura nell’uso di servizi on-line e in mobilità

Competenze personali

• Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
• Capacità di lavorare in team e di relazionarsi con organizzazioni complesse
• Disponibilità a partecipare a meeting ed eventi in presenza in Italia e all’estero 

Elementi Preferenziali

• Conoscenza basica dei meccanismi di partecipazione e rendicontazione di progetti in ambito di finanza agevolata (regionale o europea)
• Partecipazione ad attività/progetti in contesto internazionale
• Conoscenza delle istituzioni e del sistema della ricerca e dell’innovazione In Emilia-Romagna, con particolare riferimento alla Rete Alta Tecnologia e ai Tecnopoli

Posizione lavorativa offerta

E’ previsto un contratto di lavoro dipendente a tempo determinato, con partenza a maggio 2022, per la durata di un anno, prorogabile di un ulteriore anno in base al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del Clust-ER relativi al progetto in corso.

Si valuta la collaborazione con un libero professionista, dipendentemente dalle modalità di rendicontazione previste dal progetto.

La sede di lavoro è presso la sede dell’Associazione, a Bologna in via Gobetti 101. In accordo con le attuali condizioni di sicurezza sul lavoro è possibile svolgere l’incarico prevalentemente dal proprio domicilio, con ridefinizione periodica dell’impegno fisico presso la sede (inizialmente 2 giorni la settimana).

For the next 3 years, Clust-ER will participate in a new project supported by the European Commission on the development of a biomaterials database, capable of promoting technology transfer from research to business.

Clust-ER, which is a private association governed by its members, is looking for a figure of “Project Management Junior Assistant”.

Key Functions

The candidate who will be identified to fill the role of “Project Management Junior Assistant” will have to deal with:

• Support the management activities of the BioMatDB + Project, in the relationship with the partners, with the representatives of the shareholders involved in the definition of the requirements and in the testing of the IT platform for data sharing. Support the drafting of project deliverables and reporting of activities.
• Support the management and reporting activities of Clust-ER Health projects (BioMatDB +, SECURE, regional projects).
• Support the coordination and management of working groups focused on the Strategic Priorities of the Clust-ER Health Action Plan, contributing to the drafting of the related minutes.
• Support the Cluster Manager in the implementation of the Association’s operational program.
• Support the Cluster Manager in managing relationships with associates, institutions and organizations in the area.
• Support the communication manager of the Clust-ER in the development of internal and external communication activities to the association.
• Support the organization and implementation of events that the Clust-ER organizes or in which it participates, to encourage matching activities between its members and regional stakeholders and also in collaboration with other players in the local innovation ecosystem.

Requirements and skills

Education & Qualifications

• Master’s degree, specialist or equivalent, preferably in disciplines related to the field of biomaterials, or in the scientific field
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Excellent IT skills, flexibility and ease in the use of online and mobile services

Personal Skills

• Ability to work with a goal-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a team and to relate to complex organizations
• Availability to participate in meetings and events in presence in Italy and abroad

Valuable Elements

• Basic knowledge of participation mechanisms and reporting of projects in the field of subsidized finance (regional or European)
• Participation in activities / projects in an international context
• Knowledge of institutions and the research and innovation system in Emilia-Romagna, with particular reference to the High Technology Network and Technopoles

Job position offer

A fixed-term employment contract is offered, starting in May 2022, for the duration of one year, which can be extended for a further year based on the achievement of the Clust-ER objectives relating to the current project.
Collaboration with a freelancer is evaluated by the reporting method envisaged by the project.
The workplace is at the headquarters of the Association, in Bologna in via Gobetti 101. In accordance with the current safety conditions at work, it is possible to carry out the assignment mainly by remote work, with periodic redefinition of the physical commitment at the headquarters (initially 2 days a week).
